About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise organizations on defining and implementing their Data & AI strategy
Contribute to consulting and expert engagements related to organizational optimization, innovation, and the launch of AI products
Support clients in defining and analyzing their organization, from maturity assessment through to the development of an operational roadmap
Bridge business teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational execution
Maximize value and ROI, and structure compelling business cases
Contribute to the implementation of AI roadmaps and adoption initiatives, including awareness-building, training, and coaching
Monitor industry developments and contribute to innovation around emerging AI use cases, product management, and scoping methodologies
Work independently with clients, depending on seniority
Lead value creation across Innovation, Perspective, and Product programs
Manage and mentor a team of consultants, depending on seniority

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a leading engineering or business school, specializing in strategy, consulting, transformation, innovation, or AI
At least 4 years of experience in consulting, innovation, AI impact analysis, scoping, governance, or program management
Experience developing roadmaps, optimizing organizations, or delivering large-scale transformation projects
Experience with diagnostic and assessment methodologies, and the ability to present findings to executive audiences
Experience defining strategic ambitions, conducting diagnostics, and assessing AI maturity
Proficiency in developing scenarios, including prioritization, scenario planning, and short-, medium-, and long-term budgeting
Proficiency in scoping methodologies, including design thinking, Business Model Canvas, and strategic consulting frameworks
Experience managing value and developing business cases, including ROI, performance indicators, and Value Office practices
Knowledge of adoption and change management levers, including adoption plans, AI literacy, training, and coaching
Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CFO, CEO) and produce high-impact strategic and visual materials
Cross-functional perspective, strong synthesis skills, and persuasive leadership
Analytical rigor, curiosity, and a desire to develop innovative offerings
Fluency in spoken and written French and English
