About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a portfolio of strategic accounts among major enterprise clients
Identify and develop business opportunities
Open new accounts and grow existing client relationships
Participate in strategic account reviews with the management team
Structure commercial proposals and participate in client presentations
Build high-value-added offerings
Lead transformation, scoping and innovation programs
Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction and value creation
Facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops, discovery and framing phases, and project steering committees
Advise CDOs, CIOs, CTOs and business leadership on Digital, Data & AI transformations
Conduct strategic studies and guide decision-makers
Structure and develop the firm’s offerings, partnerships and expert team
Contribute to publications, events and thought-leadership initiatives
Manage consultants and structure teams
Coach multidisciplinary teams and support their skills development
Drive the engagement of operational teams on large-scale programs
Manage a profit center

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from an engineering or business school, a master’s degree or equivalent, with a specialization in innovation, transformation or project management
At least 7 years of experience in Agile/transformation and the management of complex projects (Scrum, SAFe, Lean)
Combination of consulting expertise and hands-on delivery experience
Experience coaching teams and deploying Agile frameworks at scale
Proficiency in innovation and facilitation methods: Design Thinking, Lean Startup, OKRs and story mapping
Ability to define and equip delivery environments: Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.
Experience in a consulting firm and in managing consultants
Empathetic leadership, facilitation skills, clear communication and a strong focus on business impact
Fluency in spoken and written French and English
