About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product design initiatives from conception to final execution

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced product design experience demonstrated through a portfolio of impactful design solutions
- Experience designing user experiences within insurance, finance or other compliance regulated sectors
- Ability to design beyond the screen, considering dependencies, user flows, and long-term product architecture
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Commitment to continuous learning of new features
- Experience conducting usability testing
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and champion design principles across diverse audiences
- Ability to understand broader business and product strategy
- Intellectual curiosity and openness to new ideas
- Creativity and boldness in addressing problems
