About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analysis, design, and implementation support for systems solutions and technology systems
Work with internal teams to analyze operational and system requirements, procedures, and problems
Automate and improve processes through new systems solutions and optimization or enhancement of existing solutions
Provide project management support for technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance, and modification of systems solutions and related technologies
Report to the Director of Information Services
Work remotely, with onsite work every Tuesday if located within 45 miles of the Bloomington, Minnesota home office
Travel occasionally to meet project needs
Work occasional nonstandard hours to complete projects or address emergency situations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Information Systems; relevant work experience and Salesforce certifications may substitute for some degree requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Salesforce platform
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Two or more years of lead or supervisory experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with AI platforms and concepts, including Agent Force, Claude, and/or Azure OpenAI
Experience with business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization tools
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database
Experience with integration patterns, APIs, deployment tools, SDLC, and CI/CD
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred, but not required
Experience with validated databases and Computer System Validation (CSV) preferred, but not required
Experience with Mulesoft preferred, but not required
Proven ability to manage IT-related projects, hold vendors accountable, and ensure processes are organized, timely, and within budget
Strong clear, concise, accurate, and professional verbal and written communication
Ability to translate business data and technical information for non-technical audiences, including executive-level reports and presentations
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience creating, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and utilizing user documentation systems and databases
Experience overseeing evaluation, design, development, and implementation of systems solutions
Proven leadership and cooperative teamwork across organizations and levels
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with a customer-service-focused attitude
Ability to troubleshoot analytically, diagnose issues, and solve problems by understanding and translating business needs
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflow, policies, and procedures
Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex and diverse information
