About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support our clients across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) as an external health and safety specialist in accordance with Section 6 of the German Occupational Safety Act (ASiG)
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety training sessions
- Support the implementation of occupational health and safety and fire safety measures
- Prepare reports, documentation, and risk assessments
- Conduct or coordinate fire safety training and evacuation drills
- Serve as an external fire safety officer in accordance with DGUV Information 205-003
- Optional: Train designated fire safety assistants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed qualification as a health and safety specialist (SiFa)
- Qualification or further training as a fire safety officer is an advantage
- Several years of experience providing occupational safety support to companies
- Confident manner and enthusiasm for direct client contact
- Structured approach, strong sense of responsibility, and high level of self-motivation
- Willingness to attend occasional on-site client meetings across NRW
- Proficiency with digital tools (MS 365, video conferencing, etc.)
