About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the budgeting process: establish guidelines, run campaigns with operational teams, consolidate results, and present them to senior management
  • Lead in-year forecasting and reforecasting cycles, producing year-end projections and sensitivity analyses
  • Contribute to the medium-term plan and multi-year business plan
  • Produce monthly internal reporting and Group reporting submissions
  • Analyze actual vs. budget vs. forecast variances across the full P&L and cash items
  • Track the hiring plan and its financial impact with the HR teams
  • Contribute to the cash forecast and ensure its alignment with the P&L and balance sheet
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and management materials for senior management and the Group
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Control, and Procurement
  • Build and maintain management dashboards, particularly using Pigment
  • Model growth scenarios, stress tests, and sensitivities
  • Improve the reliability and automate the production of P&L, cash, and headcount forecasts
  • Design automated workflows in Pigment with operational teams
  • Optimize data flows between accounting, payroll, time tracking, and procurement
  • Extend reporting to future international operations
  • Document processes, automate activities, and support teams in using the tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 to 7 years of experience
  • Significant experience, ideally in Transaction Services or a scale-up environment
  • Ideally, prior internships in private equity, M&A, or audit
  • FP&A or management control experience in a demanding environment will also be considered, provided strong modeling capabilities are demonstrated
  • Higher education degree in Finance
  • Advanced financial modeling skills: build a model from scratch, document it, and maintain and develop it over time
  • Strong accounting and analytical expertise: P&L, cash, and accounting-to-management reporting bridges
  • Strong interest in tools and data
  • Experience with an EPM solution (Pigment, Anaplan, Board, etc.) is a plus but not required
  • Ability to interpret actuals, explain variances, and draw sound conclusions for projections
  • Fluent professional English
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the existing model before evolving it
  • The successful candidate will be subject to a security clearance procedure in accordance with the French Defense Code and IGI 1300, due to potential access to information classified as a national defense secret
