About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Support approximately 70 existing customer relationships during parental leave coverage
  • Develop understanding of customers’ business objectives, technology priorities, and software evaluation processes
  • Lead customer onboarding and help users maximize value from the Sagetap platform
  • Build trusted relationships with senior technology leaders and key stakeholders
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to increase adoption and demonstrate value
  • Conduct customer check-ins, QBRs, and strategic conversations
  • Help customers identify relevant technology solutions and facilitate connections with vendors
  • Represent customer feedback internally and translate insights into recommendations
  • Identify account growth and expansion opportunities with Sales
  • Track customer health, engagement, and success metrics; proactively address risks
  • Develop scalable customer-experience processes, resources, and best practices
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
  • Help build Customer Success processes, playbooks, metrics, and tooling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Sales, or another customer-facing role
  • Experience ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Commercially aware and able to identify customer growth and expansion opportunities
  • Curious about enterprise technology and software
