Key responsibilities & impact

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth
Conduct sessions fluently in Spanish within patients’ language and cultural context
Build individualized treatment plans around patients’ goals and needs
Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team
Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes
Join regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be located in the United States
Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the role is posted
Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience is a plus
At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
Part-time role starts at 15 hours/week for 1099 contractors; W2 role starts at 25 hours/week
