About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth
- Conduct sessions fluently in Spanish within patients’ language and cultural context
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
- Manage an assigned caseload and make clinical decisions with care-team support
- Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes
- Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
- Serve patients fully from home
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the United States
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted
- Fluent in English and Spanish and able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience is a plus
- Part-time 1099 contractor role starts at 15 hours per week
- W2 employee role starts at 25 hours per week
- At least 15 weekly sessions are required according to the application form
