About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth
- Conduct sessions fluently in Spanish within patients’ language and cultural context
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
- Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team
- Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes
- Participate in regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the United States
- Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the role is posted
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
- Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience is a plus
- 1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week, or W2 employee availability starting at 25 hours per week
- Must be seeking at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
