Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US-based remote work
  • Empathetic and clear communication
  • Active listening and ability to handle difficult or emotional conversations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages
  • Comfort learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • Interest in mental health and healthcare access
  • Experience is welcome but not required; healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is relevant
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Willingness to work one of the listed shifts: Monday–Friday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Saturday–Wednesday, during 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET
