About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
- Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from a care team

- Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders

- Sailor Health handles billing, administrative tasks, and non-clinical patient needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the United States
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Part-time 1099 contractors must start at 15 hours per week
- W2 employees must start at 25 hours per week
- Applicants must be seeking at least 15 weekly sessions
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
