About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
- Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team
- Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes
- Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
- Serve older adults experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions
- Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the United States
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the role is posted
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience is a plus
- Available for at least 15 weekly sessions/hours for 1099 contractor roles
- Available for at least 25 hours per week for W2 employee roles
- Must provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth
- Must complete documentation in an EMR
- Must participate in regular paid case consultations
