About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team
Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes
Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
Deliver care fully from home
Work with Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates who handle patients’ non-clinical needs
Maintain a steady flow of referrals for patients across all 50 states

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be located in the United States
Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted
Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience a plus
Part-time clinicians must start at 15 hours per week as 1099 contractors
W2 employees must start at 25 hours per week
Clinicians must be looking to have at least 15 weekly sessions
Must hold at least one active, unrestricted license allowing independent practice without clinical supervision
Must provide license states and license types
Medicare opt-out status must be disclosed
Availability for client sessions must be provided
