About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
- Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from a care team
- Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes
- Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
- Deliver services fully from home to patients in older-adult populations
- Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, provider support, and clinical leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the United States
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the role is posted
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience is a plus
- 1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week
- W2 employee availability starting at 25 hours per week
- Must work toward at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
