Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team
Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
Participate in regular paid case consultations
Set availability and build a flexible caseload with matched patients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
Active, independent license to practice psychology
PSYPACT authorization preferred; application support and fee reimbursement provided
Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience a plus
Availability to build at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
Part-time availability starting at 15 hours per week for 1099 or 25 hours per week for W2
Mental health license and license number required in the application
States where licensed required in the application
