About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct introductory calls with existing patients interested in advocacy services
  • Guide patients through the advocacy onboarding process
  • Coordinate with the advocacy team to ensure smooth transitions and follow-through

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Canada
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Strong empathy and clear communication
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, EHR systems such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot
  • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is a plus but not required
  • Compassionate and eager to grow
