Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth

Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team
Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes
Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
Provide care focused on grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions among older adults

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be located in the United States
Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted
Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience a plus
1099 contractor roles start at 15 hours per week
W2 employee roles start at 25 hours per week
Must be seeking at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
