About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from a care team
Complete documentation in the EMR with AI-assisted notes
Join regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
Deliver telehealth therapy fully from home
Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be located in the United States
Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted
Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience is a plus
At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week or W2 employee availability starting at 25 hours per week
