Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Canada
- Strong empathy and clear communication skills
- Active listening and ability to handle difficult or emotional conversations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages
- Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Interest in mental health and healthcare access
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required
- Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours
- Ability to work one of the listed 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET shifts
