About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound communication from patients and prospective patients via phone, email, and SMS
  • Respond same-day so communications do not remain unanswered
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate person or team
  • Resolve requests directly when possible
  • Execute clinical and administrative workflows
  • Troubleshoot with patients in the moment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience is welcome but not required
  • Experience in a front-desk, call center, customer service, or administrative support role is welcome
  • Empathetic and clear communication
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and messages
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to track multiple open threads across phone, voicemail, SMS, and email
  • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms, or CRMs
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Must be based in Canada
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
