About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, prospective patients, and families
  • Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and SMS messages same-day
  • Triage inquiries and route them to the appropriate person or care team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Canada
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Strong phone, email, and SMS communication skills
  • Empathetic, clear, and compassionate communication style
  • Ability to manage high-volume communications and multiple open threads
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms, and CRMs
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Experience in front-desk, call center, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required
