About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct introductory calls with existing patients interested in advocacy services
- Guide patients through the advocacy onboarding process
- Coordinate with the advocacy team to ensure smooth transitions and follow-through
- Manage patient communications, including follow-ups, missed calls, and reassignments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot
- Support existing patients as they access additional resources, coordination, and advocacy services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Canada
- Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
- Empathetic and clear communication
- Active listening and ability to support patients during vulnerable or emotional conversations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages
- Comfortable learning and navigating Google Workspace, EHR systems, and CRMs
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, not required
- Willingness to work one of the listed shifts: Monday–Friday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Saturday–Wednesday, from either 9a–6p ET or 12p–9p ET
