Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Canada
  • Excellent empathetic and clear communication skills
  • Active listening and ability to handle difficult or emotional conversations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages
  • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Interest in mental health and healthcare access
  • Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Willingness to work one of the listed shifts between 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET
