About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a dedicated support resource for Sailor Health’s provider network
  • Manage inbound provider emails about support, caseloads, technical troubleshooting, provider-patient matching, and payroll/benefits questions
  • Resolve issues within scope and escalate matters such as payroll processing when necessary
  • Answer provider calls in real time regarding logistical, technical, or patient-related issues
  • Track open provider requests, holds, and follow-ups through resolution
  • Proactively contact providers to understand their needs and support their caseloads
  • Deliver warm, professional, solutions-focused customer service to therapists and clinicians

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full-time availability
  • Must be based in Canada
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET, with occasional flexibility past 6pm ET
  • Extremely organized with airtight follow-through
  • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Sound judgment regarding urgency, ownership, and escalation
  • Warm, empathetic communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot logistical, technical, and patient-related issues
  • Ability to manage provider email and call support
  • Ability to track requests, holds, and follow-ups through resolution
