About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Work independently as part of a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular paid case consultations
- Set availability and build a patient caseload through Sailor Health's matching and referral pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Maryland
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience a plus
- At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
- Ability to work part-time or full-time on a 1099 or W2 basis, as applicable
