About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular paid case consultations
- Set availability and build a caseload through Sailor Health's patient-matching and referral pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Must be licensed in North Carolina
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience is a plus
- Availability for at least 15 weekly sessions
- Ability to work independently as part of a collaborative care team
