About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Work independently as part of a collaborative care team
- Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular paid case consultations
- Set availability and build a patient caseload through Sailor Health's matching and referral system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Must be licensed in Indiana
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience is a plus
- Available to build at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
- For application: resume and mental health license type and number
