Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
Work independently as part of a collaborative care team
Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools
Participate in regular paid case consultations
Build a caseload from matched patients and referrals
Set availability and schedule appointments across 7 days a week

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
Must be licensed in West Virginia
Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience is a plus
Ability to work at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
1099 clinicians start at 15 hours per week; W2 clinicians start at 25 hours per week
