About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
Work independently as part of a collaborative care team
Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools
Participate in regular paid case consultations
Build a caseload based on stated availability
Provide care for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions
Coordinate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
Must be licensed in Georgia
Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience a plus
Able to provide at least 15 weekly sessions
For W2 opportunity: availability for at least 25 hours per week
Independently licensed therapist
