About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
Work independently as part of a collaborative care team
Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
Participate in regular paid case consultations
Build a caseload with patients matched to the clinician's availability
Provide care for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
Must be licensed in Kentucky
Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience is a plus
Ability to provide at least 15 weekly sessions
1099 arrangement requires starting at 15 hours per week; W2 arrangement requires starting at 25 hours per week
