About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
  • Licensed in New Hampshire
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus
  • Minimum availability of 15 weekly sessions
  • Ability to work on a flexible fee-for-service basis as a 1099 or W2 clinician
