About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems
Work on projects across pharmaceutical, food and beverage, specialty chemical, and manufacturing sectors
Consult on complex building enclosure projects
Provide leadership and expertise to internal and external project teams
Provide exterior envelope consulting through site observations
Prepare a technical picture and text report for each site observation
Schedule site visits with project teams
Schedule and coordinate testing teams as needed
Maintain project schedules
Perform occasional site visits and travel, including air travel and overnight stays when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of construction experience (Required)
5 years of project management experience (Preferred)
Must reside within 30 miles of the Cincinnati, Ohio area
Experience consulting on complex building enclosure projects
Ability to provide exterior envelope consulting through site observations
Ability to prepare technical picture and text reports
Ability to schedule site visits with project teams
Ability to schedule and coordinate testing teams
Ability to maintain a project schedule
Ability to travel occasionally by air and stay overnight when required
