About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct consultation and information calls with prospective participants by phone and video call
Analyze individual circumstances and continuing education needs
Advise prospective participants on continuing education programs and government funding options
Support prospective participants throughout the entire consultation and decision-making process
Follow up with prospective participants and conduct follow-up calls
Prepare and send education program proposals
Maintain and document all activities in the CRM system
Work closely with Participant Management and other specialist departments
Achieve shared consultation and sales targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of professional experience as an Education Consultant, Continuing Education Consultant, or in a comparable position at an education provider
Experience advising clients on government-funded continuing education programs
In-depth knowledge of available funding options and the relevant application and approval processes
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people
Confident manner in telephone and video consultations
Structured, independent, and results-oriented approach to work
Strong customer and service orientation
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Excellent spoken and written German
