About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain customer master data across ERP and business systems
- Create, update, validate, and inactivate customer records according to company policies
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and regions
- Perform regular data quality reviews and identify data-cleansing opportunities
- Support customer onboarding and verify required documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Credit, Tax, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve data issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards
- Analyze master data trends and recommend process improvements
- Support system implementations, integrations, migrations, and testing related to customer data
- Contribute to master data procedures, work instructions, and training materials
- Monitor and resolve master data tickets within agreed SLAs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, courteous, and tactful approach
- Ability to work effectively in a global corporate environment
- Advanced English proficiency
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop new skills
