About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the identification, implementation, control, and sustainability of Continuous Improvement, Digital, and Innovation initiatives within the R2R tower
Oversee ongoing employee training, testing, and certification in Lean and Green Belt methodologies
Manage the annual maturity assessment for R2R processes and deliver actionable recommendations
Collaborate with the R2R GPO to identify and drive process improvement opportunities
Govern Ops Excellence Ambassadors within Service Delivery teams
Prioritize improvement ideas into "Just do it" actions, Lean projects, and Green Belt initiatives
Develop a comprehensive Automation Roadmap for R2R processes
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to align automation initiatives with strategic business goals
Partner with Service Management, Program Management Office, and Center Leadership teams
Ensure operational goals align with broader GBS objectives
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across GBS Centers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
Lean Six Sigma Lean and Green Belt certifications (mandatory)
8–10 years of professional experience, ideally within a GBS or BPO organization
4–5 years of expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, or related functions
Preferably previous experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Demonstrated project and change management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and operational excellence principles
Leadership and collaboration abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
Strong R2R domain knowledge
Knowledge of month-end closing, financial consolidation, and reporting frameworks
Ability to identify automation and GenAI opportunities in journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
Ability to track and analyze KPIs such as accuracy rates, timeliness, and productivity
Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
Project Management degree, diploma, or certification would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Project, Minitab, and Mural would be a plus
