About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support strategic and operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement
- Partner with department and clinical leaders to evolve operations for the next stage of scale
- Design lighter-touch workflows that respect clinical judgment while improving efficiency
- Run cross-functional scale initiatives where no single department holds the outcome
- Translate ambiguous, cross-functional problems into defined solutions with clear measures of success
- Contribute to initiatives spanning program design, AI enablement, and build-versus-buy decisions
- Support operational build-out of new products, service lines, and clinics from launch through a steady, scaled state
- Translate new offerings into operating models, staffing, workflows, and systems
- Define success criteria and scale-readiness milestones for new offerings
- Surface and help resolve risks, dependencies, and execution gaps
- Coordinate handoffs to day-to-day operating teams and refine the approach with each launch
- Help define change-management rollout approaches, governance, and operating rhythms
- Identify and help resolve friction across teams, workflows, and priorities
- Build repeatable systems and ways of working to strengthen execution
- Define and track operational metrics across functions
- Build measurement frameworks and dashboards covering utilization, productivity, and contribution margin across sites
- Establish prioritization and escalation pathways
- Translate data and status into executive-level reporting
- Support preparation of data-informed board materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 8 years of experience across strategy and operations, management consulting, or chief-of-staff function, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or technology
- Track record of running cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements in a fast-growing organization
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to build measurement frameworks and operational dashboards
- Comfort working with large operational data sets and the tools to analyze them
- Ability to define and track KPIs across operational and financial domains
- Ability to turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into structured plans with clear measures of success
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to coordinate across functions without direct authority
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort presenting to leadership and a range of stakeholders
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience operationalizing and scaling new programs or products preferred
- Familiarity with multi-site healthcare delivery, mental health, clinical operations, and provider networks preferred
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and reimbursement helpful
- Exposure to AI and digital health technologies a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
