About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults
Conduct thorough 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluations
Use Measurement-Based Care in a rapid-access clinical environment
Diagnose complex psychiatric conditions
Initiate and monitor psychopharmacological stabilization
Develop individualized treatment plans
Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches
Maintain an active intake schedule with follow-up visits
Identify patients appropriate for interventional psychiatry, including TMS/SAINT and Spravato, and initiate referrals
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations
Collaborate in real time with the Care Coordination team and other clinical team members
Engage in clinical consultation, receive feedback, and improve care
Route patients into appropriate care pathways

Requirements

What you’ll need

Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing
Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Active DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in California
Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation) is highly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling and tight care coordination workflows
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must confirm whether future sponsorship will be required
