Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and analyze sales and controlling reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Further develop KPIs and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud to measure sales performance and pricing strategies
Prepare and visualize data transparently for decision-makers
Introduce and monitor benchmarks to measure sales performance
Analyze pricing strategies and derive data-driven optimization recommendations
Assist in developing and adapting discount and terms-and-conditions systems
Support the preparation and updating of price lists and the implementation of price changes
Analyze historical data and market information to create sales forecasts
Contribute to assortment management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing an advanced-semester degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
Initial experience in Sales Excellence, Market Intelligence, or Data Analytics
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with VBA programming
Knowledge of SAP and data visualization tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI
Experience with Python for creating more complex analyses and models is an advantage
Fluent German, both written and spoken
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of business processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
High degree of initiative and a solution-oriented approach to work
