Ensure optimum operation and utilization of all equipment and utilities
Comply with quality plans, policies, and standards throughout the manufacturing process
Ensure continuous plant operation and optimize efficiency
Meet daily production targets in conformance with quality standards
Ensure availability of quality feeds at the right time
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure 100% equipment availability
Analyze data to improve overall Feed Mill plant performance
Record data for plant analysis, improvement, and future reference

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must be a licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical Engineer
Basic knowledge in Feed Mill equipment operation and maintenance
Demonstrated leadership skills
Good oral and written communication
Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to act ethically and honestly, with fairness and without considerations for personal gain
Treats people with respect and keeps commitments
Inspires the trust of others and upholds organizational values
Complies with the company’s Code of Ethics
Willingness to be assigned anywhere in North Luzon BMEG Plants
