About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support customers across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg as the primary point of contact for several Sana Clinics and their specialist departments
Gather and prioritize IT requirements and translate them clearly for IT specialists
Advise clinic leadership on planning their digital development with regard to cost-effectiveness, security, and future readiness
Coordinate regularly with central IT teams and the management teams of the clinics
Support IT projects from initial concept through implementation and ensure sustainable outcomes
Regular, well-planned on-site visits within the region; otherwise, the role is predominantly remote

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in consulting, coordination, or project management, ideally in an IT or healthcare environment
Understanding of IT infrastructures and digital technologies
Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Structured working style, reliability, and enthusiasm for regional responsibility
Empathy and a service-oriented approach combined with confidence, clear communication, and dependability
Legally required proof of vaccinations and immunity, particularly adequate measles protection, is required for work in medical facilities
