About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare accurate and timely payroll for a defined employee group in compliance with statutory, tax, social security, and collective bargaining regulations
  • Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Process HR administrative matters
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and HR-related questions
  • Collaborate with HR centers of expertise on complex matters
  • Prepare certificates and manage statutory reporting and certification processes
  • Maintain payroll-relevant employee master data and ensure a high level of data quality
  • Work with SAP HCM and LOGA in compliance with internal, statutory, and collective bargaining requirements
  • Optimize, standardize, and digitalize HR shared service center processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, with initial experience in a similar role—ideally in a hospital and/or services environment
  • Well-versed in the diverse responsibilities involved in employee support and confident in payroll administration
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and LOGA
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • High level of discretion, proactivity, and service orientation
