About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle low-complexity legal matters;
- Analyze documents;
- Draft legal pleadings;
- Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings;
- Conduct legislative research and case law analysis;
- Support the preparation of reports and legal opinions;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and the technical quality of proceedings;
- Provide initial client assistance under supervision;

- Draft initial complaints, answers, appeals, and other procedural submissions under supervision;
- Gather relevant client information and advise clients on legal procedures;
- Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the firm and the quality of legal deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at law firms or legal departments;
- Knowledge of civil and procedural law;
- Legal research skills;
- Legal writing and drafting of pleadings;
- Deadline and case management;
- Negotiation skills;
- Professional ethics.
