About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide legal services to the firm’s clients across a range of matters
- Analyze documents and draft pleadings and other legal submissions
- Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize the success of cases and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and contribute to achieving defined targets and maintaining legal certainty
- Act as a negotiator and conflict-resolution professional, seeking efficient, results-oriented solutions
- Handle various stages of legal proceedings, from analyzing and drafting contracts to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings
- Organize and oversee legal advisory activities, ensuring compliance in commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices
- Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients
- Guide the review and preparation of pleadings and legal documents
- Prepare litigation and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system
- Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity
- Assess risks, conduct legal assessments, and recommend legal alternatives to support the firm’s objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- At least six months of experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal department
- Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract analysis
- Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure

- Postgraduate degrees or specialization are considered an asset but are not required
