Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Law, Contract Law or Civil Law
- Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure or Labor Law are a plus
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in general practice and debt recovery
- Proficiency in Civil, Contract, Business and Civil Procedural Law, as well as Labor Procedure and Labor Law
- Proven experience managing complex civil, labor and administrative proceedings
- Knowledge of civil and procedural law
- Legal research
- Drafting and preparing legal pleadings
