About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project management for an end-of-life device migration
- Manage certification of a new internet modem across product, engineering, testing, operations, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
- Facilitate project meetings and communication among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Track progress and proactively identify delays or roadblocks
- Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables align with business, technical, and customer requirements
- Support product lifecycle activities and transition from existing devices to new products
- Maintain project documentation and stakeholder awareness throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of project management experience
- Internet, broadband, telecommunications, or cable industry experience required
- Experience managing projects involving internet modems, broadband equipment, CPE, or similar telecommunications products
- Experience managing product migrations, device transitions, product launches, or certification initiatives
- Experience with modem/device certification or telecommunications product certification processes is strongly preferred
- Experience managing end-of-life product or device migrations is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certification is preferred
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or visa transfers
- Must be able to work 4 days on-site in the hybrid role
- C2C arrangements are not accepted
