About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client projects in AI, automation, and software development.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical concepts, project plans, and work packages.
- Coordinate developers, AI engineers, designers, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, requirements analyses, and technical discussions with clients.
- Support kick-offs, workshops, and key project meetings, including on-site at client locations when needed.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, and risks.
- Document decisions, specifications, and project progress clearly and understandably.
- Identify technical dependencies at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Help further develop our internal project processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of senior-level experience in technical project management, ideally in software, AI, or automation projects.
- Good understanding of APIs, data flows, web technologies, cloud systems, and modern software development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams without necessarily programming on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication skills when working with clients and internal teams.
- Professional, confident presence in client meetings, both remotely and on-site.
- Willingness to travel within Germany for client meetings, workshops, and project coordination.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Experience with agile methodologies, ticketing systems, and technical documentation.
- Very good German (C2) and good English (B2–C1).
- Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms.
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.
- Nice to have: Experience in agency, consulting, or startup environments.
- Nice to have: Interest in product strategy, process automation, and emerging AI technologies.
