About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project
Prepare, update, and monitor project artifacts and documents related to scope and schedule management using existing MS Excel templates, including resource histograms, punch lists, and material requisition drafts
Submit weekly project progress reports covering scope changes, progress in scope definition, actions completed during the week, challenges encountered, and actions planned for the future
Develop scope details together with technical teams and/or based on technical documentation, including sequencing of activities, required resources, execution time, materials, and services
Define and implement planning best practices, methods, meetings, documentation, and tools to integrate all stakeholders
Identify, track, and monitor potential risks
Define and implement KPIs to assess project progress and flag risks, deadlines, and other relevant information
Issue project status reports including S-curves, milestones, and material status

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Advanced/fluent English for reading technical documents, creating and updating project documents, and participating in scope-definition meetings
Experience managing large-scale projects, such as UMS and scheduled shutdowns
MS Excel
MS Project
SAP
