About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Growth systems, including CRM, contact center, marketing, and engagement platforms
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain workflows, automations, integrations, reporting, and data quality
  • Partner with Admissions, Marketing, and Business Development leaders to identify and implement technology solutions
  • Lead Growth-related technology projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, training, and adoption
  • Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners
  • Develop reporting and dashboards supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain documentation, system governance, and best practices
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 3+ years as the primary administrator or owner of a CRM or comparable business platform
  • Hands-on experience configuring a CRM, with examples required
  • Experience with New Resilience, Salesforce, or a healthcare-focused CRM strongly preferred
  • Experience with API integrations preferred
  • Familiarity with call tracking and contact center platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), CallRail, or Five9; willingness to learn and own these systems required
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing data tools such as Ours Privacy, Freshpaint, or similar; Google Analytics 4 and tag management are a plus
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience or general knowledge of behavioral health treatment providers preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
