About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and support business development and transformation initiatives from definition and planning through execution and follow-up
- Help execute strategy, improve ways of working, and create transparency across priorities and initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, innovation days, and other cross-functional improvement activities
- Create clear communication and follow-up around progress, decisions, and dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business to move initiatives forward
- Own and continuously improve IT Asset & Configuration Management, including governance, CMDB, data quality, and lifecycle management
- Support transformation, business development, strategy execution, and continuous improvement within the CIO Office
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably within IT, business, engineering, industrial management, or another relevant field
- Experience in business development, transformation, project or initiative management, process improvement, IT, or a comparable area
- Proven ability to create structure, prioritize effectively and move multiple initiatives forward
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across different parts of an organization
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, or CSDM is beneficial
- Knowledge of portfolio management, strategy execution, product-led transformation, facilitation or innovation initiatives is advantageous
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern digital ways of working
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Application materials must be in English
